With vanilla absolute – one of the most natural ingredients to be used by master perfumers – acting as the star component, Amouage’s Material eau de parfum is an exercise in contrasts: both warm and invigorating, bold and soft. The top notes of elemi oil and patchouli oil eventually lead to a dark forest with a woody base made up of guaiac wood, osmanthus absolute, frankincense and tonka bean, blurring the line between masculine and feminine for a scent that’s as powerful as it is unique.
Top notes are Patchouli and elemi.
middle notes are Madagascar Vanilla and Benzoin.
base notes are Tonka Bean, Guaiac Wood, Incense, Labdanum, Agarwood (Oud) and Osmanthus.
